several restaurants in Illinois, New Jersey and Delaware.

Hyde Park, New York. Trained in Europe in some of the
finest hotels Germany, France, Switzerland . Taking my
education in culinary arts and applying it to the restaurant
industry has made me very successful in opening, operating,
and selling. I was always trying something new and
